First of all we would like to state that Jyoti Verhoeff Webshop will do everything to handle your order as quickly and effectively as possible. When you place an order via the Jyoti Verhoeff Webshop you acknowlegde that you are aware of our Terms and Conditions.

Price
The prices shown on the site are always in Euros and always include BTW/VAT (for countries where this is applicable) and do not include shipping costs. Jyoti Verhoeff Webshop reserves the right to change prices at any time without stating a reason.

Order and delivery
We only start processing orders that are paid in advance. All goods will be delivered as soon as possible. Any stated delivery times are always an indication. It is possible that some items are (temporarily) not available. We ask for your understanding. We try to avoid it, but if an article will unfortunately never become available again, you can choose to get the purchase price refunded or you can choose another article of the same value.

Complaints
If you have any complaints about Jyoti Verhoeff Webshop, such as damage to a product, or a package that was not delivered, please contact us via webshop@jyotiverhoeff.nl. We are happy to work with you for a suitable solution.

Privacy
Your personal information will be handled with care. Jyoti Verhoeff Webshop does not use your information for purposes other than the delivery of your order. We do not pass on your data to third parties. You can specify in your order if you want to receive our newsletter. We use your email address then only for sending you this newsletter. With every newsletter you receive you'll be able indicate that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter.
